Exchanges and returns

You can only exchange an article purchased online at a Quebramar physical store. The return deadline is 30 days from the shipment confirmation date.
If you want to return one or more items, you must access your Customer Area, select the item 'My Returns', 'Add a new return form' and follow the steps indicated. The return is free of charge and is only available for 30 days after confirming your order shipment.
Quebramar does not accept returns of offers, so if that is the case, you should go to a Quebramar store with the gift slip to make the exchange.

Purchases from November 1st have until December 31st to exchange;

IF YOU RECEIVED THE ORDER AT YOUR HOME OR AT CTT PICKUP POINT

  • You must place the item(s) and the invoice in the original packaging;
  • Remove all labels and information present on the box;
  • Make sure the package is properly closed;
  • Glue the return label, attached to your order, on top of the previous one;
  • Deliver the package at a Pickup CTT location or schedule a pickup at your address by calling 707 200 115. (called added value). The contract number that will be requested can be found on the label of your order.

YOUR ORDER WAS PICKED UP AT QUEBRAMAR STORE

  • The return must be made at a Quebramar store, with the exception of the QM stores indicated: Açores, Fátima, Figueira da Foz, Guarda, Madeira, Nazaré, Portalegre, Santa Cruz, Santarém, Torres Novas, Torres Vedras and Tomar.

You cannot exchange or return articles of underwear. The garments must be in perfect condition (not used, not washed, with their inside and outside labels still attached, without repairs and with their corresponding purchase receipt). The purchase document is essential for orders made with a gift receipt so that the refund is not processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Quebramar reserves the right to refuse returns outside the time limit, if the garments are not in the same condition in which they were sent and/or if they do not comply with our return conditions. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.

OUTLET item exchanges can only be made at Outlet Strada and Outlet Freeport stores.
