To exchange a piece you will have to go to a Quebramar physical store and present the digital invoice you received in your e-mail. Except: EL Corte Inglês store. You have 30 days to do it, counting from the date of shipment confirmation.

RETURNS

If you wish to return one or more pieces, you must access your Client Area, select the item 'Returns', 'Add new return' and follow the steps indicated. The return is free of charge and is only available for 30 days after confirmation that your order has been shipped.

IF YOU RECEIVED YOUR ORDER AT HOME OR AT A CTT PICKUP POINT.

  • You must put the piece(s) and the invoice in the original packaging;
  • Remove all labels and information from the box;
  • Make sure the package is properly closed;
  • Stick the return label sent with your order on top of the shipping label;
    Deliver the package to a CTT Pickup point or call 707 200 115 (value-added call) to schedule a pickup at an address indicated by you. The contract number that will be requested is on the label of your order.

If you picked up in one of the following Quebramar stores:Açores, Fátima, Figueira da Foz, Guarda, Madeira, Nazaré, Portalegre, Santa Cruz, Santarém, Torres Novas, Torres Vedras and Tomar, follow the steps above.

IF YOU PICKED UP YOUR ORDER IN A QUEBRAMAR STORE.

  • Access your Personal Area at Quebramar.com;
  • Select the item "Returns", "Add return request" and fill in the form;
  • Delivered to a Quebramar store

The amount can take up to 14 days to be credited to your account, depending on the banking entity.

You can't exchange or return underwear articles. The garments must be in perfect condition: unworn, unwashed, with interior and exterior tags, without repairs and with the respective purchase receipt. The purchase document is essential for orders placed with a gift receipt so that a refund will not be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Quebramar reserves the right to refuse late returns, if the garments are not in the same condition as they were sent and/or if they do not comply with our return conditions. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or until you provide us with proof that the goods have been shipped.

Exchanges of OUTLET items can only be made at Outlet Strada and Outlet Freeport stores
