WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Access the status of your order, at any time, in “My Orders” section, in the client area.
You will also receive an email when your order leaves our warehouses.
If you chose to pick up your order at the store, we will also send you an email as soon as your ordered articles are available for pickup.
CAN I ORDER WITHOUT REGISTERING?
No. To proceed with a purchase you will need to register with Clube Quebramar.
However, remember that registration has many advantages. Creating a “Quebramar” account allows you to consult your current and past orders, edit addresses and safely add payment methods, facilitating check-out in future purchases.
Save the contents of your shopping basket for later purchase, does not constitute a reservation.
The price and availability of products stored in the basket are subject to change, and the latest price for each product will always be displayed.
HOW CAN I PAY MY ORDER?
Payment in QUEBRAMAR.COM can only be made by:
- PAYPAL;
- Credit cards: VISA , MasterCard , American Express;
- ATM
- MB WAY
Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?
You can do this by contacting our Customer Service. Please be advised that any change of address after the order has been shipped may cause a delay in delivery of at least 48 hours (working days).
CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?
Currently it is not possible to cancel or modify your order.
If you change your mind, you can return your articles, as soon as you have received your purchase. Please see the item "Exchanges and returns" for more information.
HOW CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM I BOUGHT AT THE ONLINE STORE?
After the receipt of order, the customer has a period of 30 days to return or exchange the article.
You can only exchange an item purchased online, at a physical Quebramar store.
If you want to return one or more items, you must access your Customer Area, select the item 'Returns', 'Add new return' and follow the steps indicated. The return is free.

WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE TERM FOR AN ITEM PURCHASED AT QUEBRAMAR.COM?
The exchange period for Quebramar items is 30 days.

Adding items to the shopping basket, without completing the purchase process, does not constitute a reservation. The price and availability of products stored in the basket are subject to change. You will find the most recent price for each product in the basket.
WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
See "Order Shipping" for information on terms and shipping costs, depending on your location and selected delivery method. We remind you that the deadlines are merely indicative. You can at any time check the status of your order in the client area, under the item "Orders". You will be also notified via email when your order leaves our warehouses.
HOW DO I KNOW IF A PURCHASE WAS REGISTERED?
A confirmation email is sent after you have made your purchase.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE THERE ONLINE AT QUEBRAMAR.COM?
We accept the following payment methods: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal,
ATM and MB WAY.
I AM NOT ABLE TO FINALIZE MY ORDER. WHAT CAN I DO?

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER POLICY?
There is no minimum limit. However, delivery is free if I make a purchase (not including Outlet items) worth more than 25€ in Portugal (40€ for the islands), 60€ in the other countries of the European Union (not subject to customs duties/taxes) and 80€ in countries outside the European Union.
WHAT SECURITY MEASURES EXIST WHEN I GIVE YOU MY VISA CARD DATA?
It is perfectly safe to insert data from your credit card on any purchase made through Lanidor.com, since all data will be inserted in a Secure Server (SSL 128 bits) which encrypts/encodes all confidential data on your credit card. All versions of Netscape Navigator or Microsoft Internet Explorer browsers from 3.0 support SSL. Two factors indicate that it is a secure site. In the lower left-hand corner of your browser, you will find the following symbols: Netscape Navigator: a key / Microsoft Internet Explorer: a padlock. Additionally, you may find that when entering a secure area of the site, its URL address begins with https: / / (S = secure).
WHAT SHIPMENT TYPES ARE AVAILABLE?
If the order is sent to mainland Portugal, you can select delivery home, store or pickup point. For Islands and other countries, only home delivery via CTT is available.
DATA CARD INVALID? WHAT TO DO?
If your card is rejected, this may be for the following reasons:
The data entered may be incorrect. Check that you have correctly filled in all required fields.
The card may have expired. Check if your card has not passed its expiry date.
The card may have reached its credit limit. Check with your bank to verify that the card has not exceeded the credit limit.
YOU DON'T WANT TO ORDER NOW?
You can add your favorite pieces to your wish list or even add them to your basket shopping. Please note that adding parts to the shopping cart without completing the purchase process does not constitute a reservation. The price and availability of products stored in the basket are subject to change. You will find the most recent price for each product in the basket.
I HAVE A PROMOTIONAL CODE. HOW CAN I USE IT IN MY PURCHASE?
You can enter the promotional code in your shopping basket.
When finalize the order, enter the promotional code in the text field 'code promo'. Click on the 'Update' button. The promotional code will be applied automatically to your order and will be reflected in the final invoice total.*
*You only can use one promotional code per order. Some codes may be for exclusive purchases of a particular item. Please check details and expiration information at the support that originated the promotional code.
